Our Perugu Muruku (Curd Murukku / Majjiga Murukku) is an authentic regional Andhra savory known for its refreshing, tangy undertone. Rice flour and roasted gram flour are kneaded using fresh, churned sour curd (perugu) along with green chili paste, ginger, and sesame seeds before being shaped and fried to golden perfection.
