1. Order Processing & Fresh Dispatch

• Preparation & Dispatch Time: Orders are typically processed, packed, and dispatched within 24 to 48 hours of placement.

• Fresh Batches: Many of our traditional sweets and savories are prepared fresh to maintain taste and shelf life, which may occasionally require a short preparation window prior to dispatch.

• Dispatch Days: We dispatch shipments Monday through Saturday. Orders placed on Sundays or major national holidays are processed on the next business day.

2. Estimated Delivery Timelines

Delivery schedules vary depending on the destination:

• Within Andhra Pradesh & Nearby States (Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Telangana): 2 to 4 business days post-dispatch.

• Rest of India (Tier 1 & Metros): 3 to 5 business days post-dispatch.

• Rest of India (Tier 2/3 & Remote Locations): 5 to 7 business days post-dispatch.

3. Shipping Charges

• Standard shipping fees are calculated during checkout based on the total weight of the package and the delivery pin code.

• Any applicable delivery fee or promotional free-shipping threshold will be clearly displayed prior to final payment.

4. Tracking Your Order

• Once your package has been handed over to our delivery partner, an order dispatch notification containing your Tracking ID / AWB Number and the courier tracking link will be sent to your registered email address and phone number.

• You can track the progress of your shipment directly using the provided courier link.

5. Packaging Standards

All perishable food items are packed in food-grade, leak-proof, and tamper-evident materials designed to withstand standard courier handling and retain freshness during transit.

6. Address Accuracy & Failed Deliveries

• Please review and confirm your shipping address, landmark, and primary contact number at checkout.

• We cannot be held liable for delayed deliveries, returned parcels, or spoiled food items resulting from:

  • Incorrect, incomplete, or outdated address details provided by the customer.

  • Recipient unavailability or failure to attend courier calls upon attempted delivery.

  • Refusal to accept the package at the doorstep.

• In such events, food items cannot be salvaged or resold, and orders will not be eligible for a refund or free re-dispatch.

7. Damaged or Tampered Packages

• If you notice that the outer parcel is severely damaged, wet, or tampered with at the time of delivery, please take clear photos or a short unboxing video before opening the package.
